Love Your Neighbor

Love my neighbor? Who is my neighbor? Are they the people that live on each side of me? Or in my tight circle of friends? The answer is yes.......and EVERYONE else!

We are called to love & love unconditionally. We are not to just stir up emotions for people, we are called by God Almighty to love. Think about it, when Adam & Eve sinned against God, He loved them enough to cover up their bodies. When Abraham lied about Sarah being his sister & not his wife, God loved Abraham so much He protected Sarah from what King Abimelech was wanting, to put Sarah into his haram, by giving King Abimelech a dream.

There are many many stories in the Bible when God showed His love towards people, whether they were Jews or Gentiles, it did not matter to God who they were, He loved them. In Romans 5:8, But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Did you catch that? While we were STILL sinners, Christ died for us. His love for me is so unmeasurable, it is so hard to explain, the only way it can be explained is.....God is love.

Let us go out and love, whether that is breaking bread with people, serving people.........or the most important act of love, share Christ with people.
