GO...
"GO therefore and make disciples of all nations..." -- Matthew 28:19a
"...GO into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation." -- Mark 16:15b
"And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will GO for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”" -- Isaiah 6:8
"You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should GO and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide,..." -- John 15:16a
As Christians, we are called to GO out into the world, to interact with other people, to share the truth and love of God, to produce "fruit" in the world and in our and others' lives. This going can take many forms, and God gives instructions for local missions in your city, state & country as well as foreign missions, around the world.
There are some that God has called to full time foreign missionary work, and there are others that participate daily in local missions while occasionally going on short term foreign mission trips. There are others, still, who may never step foot outside their country or city, but can support, financially and through prayer, the missions that take place around the world.
God desires that everyone be reconciled with Him and spend eternity in Heaven with Him, and while "The heavens declare the glory of God..." (Psalm 19:1a) and "...his invisible attributes...have been clearly perceived...in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse." (Romans 1:20), He still gives us the privilege of and asks that we participate in sharing His Good News to the world.
So, whether it is by going around the world to tell someone about Jesus or support Christians in other countries, going across the state/country to do the same, going to your neighbors to share Christ and His love, going to the bank to financially support the missionaries that we partner with, or going to your knees to pray for those missionaries and the people they encounter and the people around the world who need Jesus, we are called to GO.
