Cost and Space Available:
1. $30.00 per space (limit 8’x6’ space, you must provide your own table).
2. $10.00 per table (rental for the day)

Set up at X Factor Church will begin Friday, July 26, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 8:00 am. Remember take down can begin no earlier than 2:00 pm and must be completed by 3:30 pm on July 27.

You must furnish your own extension cord.

I agree to donate an item for a raffle drawing. Proceeds of the raffle will go to X Factor Church Missions.

“Christmas in July” Craft Fair Policies

  • Handcrafted/handmade items only, no commercial vendors unless otherwise approved.
  • Payment must be received in full to reserve a booth by July 17th .
  • Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is NON-REFUNDABLE, no matter the circumstance for cancellation. Crafters are not guaranteed the same space every year. Applications will be reviewed as received and an email will be sent confirming your reservation.
  • When all spaces have been filled, a waiting list will be started. If there are any cancellations, spaces will be filled from the waiting list. If any booth has not been occupied by its renter by 8:30am on the day of the fair, the booth may be given to a crafter from the waitlist.
  • Crafters must provide their own tables(s)/stands with rubber feet on the legs. Each booth will be provided 2 chairs. There will be a limited number of 6’ tables available to rent for $10.
  • Nothing can be attached to the walls. Duct tape is strictly prohibited.
  • Pictures of jewelry being sold MUST be submitted to ensure a diverse selection, even if you are a returning vendor. In order to keep a variety of crafts, we limit the booths selling jewelry to 10% of vendor sites.
  • Baked goods may not be sold at booths without approval. Our group has a baked goods fundraiser booth and another group will host a snack bar.
  • Christmas In July time is Saturday, July 27, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  • Set up times are Friday, July 26, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and Saturday, July 27 beginning at 8:00am to be completed by 8:45am.
  • There are a limited number of booths with electrical outlets. Please refer to for official rules from the Albuquerque Fire Department. If you are found to be in violation with these rules by AFD, you will be asked to make necessary electrical changes before the start of the craft fair. Please make sure your extension cord is UL, FM or NRTL three prong, grounded extension cord.
  • Crafters are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their booths. Booth must be completed by 8:45 am on July 27. Take down can begin no earlier than 2:00 pm and must be completed by 3:30pm on July 27.
  • We ask each participant to donate 1 handcrafted item per vendor for a raffle drawing. All proceeds from the raffle go to benefit X Factor Church – Missions.
  • Christmas in July reserves the right to exclude any crafter or individual items from participation in the show.
  • Individual crafters are responsible for reporting their own incomes and taxes.
  • Please be considerate of other crafters.

Completed registration form and booth/table fees are due no later than July 17, 2024. The registration/booth rental fee is non-refundable and spaces are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. A confirmation of receipt via email will be sent once booth assignments are made. If there are problems/questions with your registration form, you will be contacted at the phone number and/or email address listed on the registration form.

WAIVER: I will not hold the “Christmas in July” craft fair, X Factor Church, or any individual working with the craft fair responsible for personable injury, damage to property, or theft, nor will I be a party to any legal action against them. I also understand that my registration fee is non-refundable, no matter the circumstance for cancellation, once my application has been accepted. I have read and agree with the requirements.
